The Story
Some projects you can tell are special the moment you see the material list. This Vineland barndominium is one of those. We were brought in initially to finish the exterior, and the spec sheet alone made it clear this was a build done at the highest level — textured standing seam steel for the roof, textured board-and-batten steel for the walls. Materials that don’t just look the part, but stand up for decades.
We started by installing every window and door in the building — getting the openings tight, square, and properly flashed before any cladding went on. From there, the steel roof and the board-and-batten walls went up, panel by panel, with the kind of care that high-end material demands. As the exterior has come together, the project has grown: the owners have asked us to take on the interior work once we close in the building.

The Result
The exterior came together exactly the way a build like this should — clean lines, deep texture, and materials that look better in person than they do on a spec sheet. Every window and door was installed and properly sealed. The standing seam roof reads as one continuous surface from the ground. The board-and-batten walls give the building weight and rhythm. And the trust earned through the exterior phase carried right into the interior — the same standard, the same care, all the way through.
